From the artist:  "Jesus said, 'What does it matter if a man gain the whole world and lose his own soul?  And what will he give in exchange for his soul?' and 'Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.'  I'm also reminded of an Old Testament Scripture that says, 'Except the Lord build the house, the builders labor in vain.'

"As you can see from this site, I've put my hand to many 'plows' in this life.  Some were of temporary profit, others were detrimental.  But when I returned to my first love and began to serve God with a whole heart I entered into Spirit-led work that would yield eternal results.  There is nothing more personally fulfilling!  And it blesses many, many others, too, as well as delighting our heavenly Father's heart.

"If anyone is reading this who is not sure of his salvation (that when he dies, that he's going to heaven), then read on, and consider.  Every building has a builder.  All creation has a Creator.  The Old Testament of the Bible tells of the Messiah who would redeem Israel, and 'in Him would the Gentiles put their trust.'  He was to be born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14) in Bethlehem (Micah 5:5) and be crucified and rejected of men (Psalm 22 and Isaiah 52:13-15; Isaiah 53), and would rise from the dead three days later.  Jesus Christ paid the price for the sins of mankind by his broken body and shed blood on the cross of Calvary.  He is the culmination of the Passover (Exodus 12) wherein a lamb was slain, its blood serving as a covering from sins in the eyes of a just and holy God.

"There is no way to heaven but by Jesus Christ.  God's holiness demands perfection, and only Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life.  "Sin" is anything that falls short of God's holy standard.  Consider the Ten Commandments:  have you ever broken any of them?  Lied, stolen, murdered (even in momentary, hateful thoughts), lusted after someone's spouse, property, or status?  Then you're a sinner, and under the Divine wrath of God, headed for hell.  'How can a loving God send me to hell?' one might retort.  I may well reply, 'How can you reject His Son Who denied self, left His heavenly glory to endure hardship as a suffering servant so that you might have His abiding presence now and eternal security in heaven?'

"'You shall seek Me and find Me when you shall search for Me with all your heart," it says in Jeremiah 29:13.  There is such a surplus of Bibles in America that they can scarcely be given away.  Yet, in other countries where Christians are terribly persecuted (such as Sudan and China), Bibles are difficult to come by, and treated by believers as pure gold.  If English is your primary language, find a King James Version (the best English translation) and turn to the Gospel of John, the fourth book of the New Testament, reading it prayerfully and with an open mind.  If you really want to know the truth, God will reveal His Son to you, and you will be set free from the spirit of this world which is of demonic influence.  Seekers of truth, God bless you!"
